My family and I usually love to come to Panda Express, and it was the first time we came to this place and make sure I never come back. Bad service I ever met. Thirsha was the girl name I think I hardly had to read her name after asking the manager Wendy for her name and she didn't want to give it to me for any reason. We talked to the manager about her employees and she didn't do anything about the fact that she just left and gave the employee a godfather in the back and acted as if nothing had happened. All the time we were there waited for my sister to eat, as she was the only person of 3 of us to get her food, the employee (Thirsha) stared at us and began to talk about my family with other staff and feel very uncomfortable.
360 degrees turn around! I was hesitant to return to this place because of the incident a few months ago that I had with the crew. This time I came to the restaurant, I noticed a nicely dressed Asian young man speaking with the line personnel, he must have been the manager or a regional or District manager because he was very professional, well gifted and had a good reporation with the staff. It seems that the former employees I had had problems where no more. The staff who were there, cheerful, polite and friendly, it completely COUGHT me from the guard! The feeling that I had was totally opposed to my last visit, so I 'm updating my rating on 5 stars because the drastic change for the good! The office then told me that I could contact Panda Corporate with a complaint about the incident and that Rodger didn't want me in the store! Rodger is either confused or has some underlying problems with Blacks! Either he has no business as manager of Panda Express, he basically turned the truth to these officers, and his manager education is missing sad! Roger completely disregarded me as a customer and as a human being. He has no business as a manager for Panda Express! This whole thing could have been turned off if someone had enough to say healthy, sir, we are not open yet, we will open in five minutes! What happened to welcome the customer when they got through the front door, like I used to other Pandas?
Absolutely disgusting. The online order will take you to the bottom of the barrel scrap. Orange chicken was disgusting and the rice was moist and soggy at 6:00 on a Saturday delivery. UnacceptableFood: 1/5
For some reason, anytime I select the dinner plate with anything other than orange chicken (example beef and broccoli), I end up with three pieces of meat and a plate full of vegetables. If I didn't want any meat then I would have ordered a vegetarian plate. I have been to this location 5 times and 4 out of the 5 times they have really skimped me on the meat. From now on I will go to another location.
