I have been getting my whole sub heated for over 20 years. This location told me they can't do this??? Short with me. Won't be going back

The service was excellent and the restroom was clean. However, the staff member did not smile, which is disappointing. People should smile more.

Food was decent, server did not smile a single time. Also had a monotone voice the whole time but otherwise it was fine.
