Starbucks - Kenmore

All employees in this Starbucks are great workers, they seem like super nice people and each of them would be a good choice for a business manager. You have young and super outgoing professionals and you have sown experienced professionals. I really appreciate how civil and good they communicate with customers and other business staff. They have a very good group here and they could be used to build a team around.

I've been here with my mother for years. Jodie was amazing. She always treated me and my family/friends with respect. Lively conversation always very appealing to speak with. Since I worked in industry, I sometimes understand that people are tired after long days of food/drink service, I would hope no matter what they would still try to be polite. Today I came at 6:40 and asked if the stand was still open. I haven't seen this younger lady yet, she was blond. Had no name tag. But she told me that “Pretty much we are out of everything.” The confused me decided not to order coffee and only get a strawberry cream wrap. I asked her if there were any shortages or if she had already begun to close things. (Which I totally understand working in coffee and restaurants that you like to start with some closing obligations at this time) she just quite ignored me. I paid with my card, but I might want to change so I can tap her money. She rolled her eyes and said, “No, we are not customer service.” I didn't want to judge this place badly because I've come here for years and this is the first time that one of the employees treated this way. And for it all, the strawberry-cream-rappe had no taste except crushed ice and milk.

Great service with a smile. Just like a regular starbucks, but they don't try to speed you up because there is a huge line. You need time to tell Hi here.

This store is always busy, but waiting is fast and rewarding. Clean and appetizing. Friendly, well-trained staff keeps the regular cartridges back as part of their daily routine. Anecdotal evidence of several orders for which the car pays before the drive thru road:

Always fast and friendly. They love to chat and make you feel welcome while making drinks and taking orders. They are constantly working on the side to come up with something new for everyone to try.
