Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónSecond time in a row I 've had to come inside to pick up my curbside order. Then wait FIFTEEN MINUTES after my order was ready before anyone ever speaks to me. I understand being understaffed, or even just busy, but don 't offer curbside if youaren 't going to honor it. There was one man working behind the counter like I said who did not greet any customer that walkedin. My order was sitting on the counter being pushed back and forth by him the entire time I stood there to be spoken to.. Afterwaiting for 15 minutes, another man walked from the back he had alot of keys and a button up so I 'm gonna assume the manager,and asked who was next. An old man started screaming excuse me because he thought I was cutting him in line when in reality myfood had been paid for for almost an hour at this point. This location really needs to get it together. If there were moreemployees in the building why was one man struggling to do everything himself, he was only rude because he had no time to doanything but throw orders together sloppily. Please stop expecting one employee to do everything and it get done properly it 'sunacceptable.
Google Maps has this store (1000 W Esplanade) at the wrong location on the map. I ordered ahead and followed maps, only to be led to a library. According to the store they have been requesting Google to correct the issue, but they won't.
The lady?s at the restaurant was helpful and polite. The food was good. There were gnats flying around in the lobby while we were eating and was quite annoying. I had nachos at a different time and were not all that loaded. I was disappointed in them.Overall I would return but not get the nachos and I would get my food Togo.
Our second time here. The food and service was excellent both times and occurs the ice tea always on point.
Good place to get something quick to eat.
