Panera Bread - Kent

Please CHECK your food. I had already gave a bad review from my second order where they forgot something. THIS time, I ordered chicken caesar salad, and they forgot the chicken. I guess third times a charm really doesn 't apply to everything.

I’ve had two bad experiences with the Kent Panera within this past week. I normally go to the Federal Way and it’s always been a good experience. On the 22 of April 2022 I ordered a Strawberry Poppy Seed fruit salad. It came with no poppy seed dressing no dressing at all. Today I ordered a Ceasar chicken salad it came with Greek Goddess dressing no shaved cheese just chicken , romaine lettuce and a few croutons. The first time I spoke with the manager who said there was nothing he could do as I had ordered through Door Dash. How about training your salad prep people and the person who signs off that it was double checked !!! Will not use this Panera again!!!

Ate lunch here today. Everyone working was so happy and friendly. The food was prepared quickly and was delicious. I had a modified deli turkey sandwich with cheddar broccoli soup.

I come here every other day, coffee is good, your WiFi is so fast, it's pretty cold inside but I imagine it's on purpose, health reasons so bring a jacket, staff is nice. Bathrooms are hit or miss so be prepared. Outdoor seating is a nice touch, food is normally good, only one time pizza was not cooked properly but I did order super early so not their fault, probably wasn't ready, it's nice to see so many people gather to meet up.
