Meadows - Kingsport

Seafood buffet crab legs and shrimp are great! Wish had a few more items on salad bar and better desserts. There was a couple there with their 9 month who cried the whole time and they didn’t bother to take it out to calm it down. Was not what I wanted to hear for my date night out. And yes I know babies cry but parents should have taken out to calm it down .. I’ve had one and they are unpredictable BUT I always took out of restaurant if she was constantly crying.

Crab legs are of course what most people come for on Friday nights! This was my 2nd visit to The Meadows and it won't be my last! Although it's a little pricey, it's all you can eat seafood buffet so if you leave hungry it's your own fault. As mentioned before, most fill up on the crab legs, which is the main feature of the buffet. I gave 4 stars out of 5, taking one point off for the desserts. They are lacking. The swordfish and cod were good, as were mashed potatoes and grilled shrimp. Roasted cauliflower was awesome but they ran out early, the broccoli replacement was not as tasty. They offer a fairly small salad bar with sides, which I did not try as my focus was crab legs. They also have a couple of choices of bread if you enjoy bread with your meal. All in all, it was an enjoyable dinner and I will return in the near future!

Was disappointed that there wasn’t mashed potatoes or cream corn. I love those. And the vegetables were practically non existent. But overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal as always! And I recommend it to a lot of people I come in contact with that like seafood. And the salmon was awesome this time! And so was the chicken! And of course the crab legs are always delicious!

Friday night they have a seafood buffet that is excellent.

The food was fantastic, but the service was horrible. The server was more concerned about the larger table than taking care of us a party of two. The server also took my glass of wine before I even finished it. Very disappointed in the overall service.
