I normally love this place today, bland, undercooked and actually the beef was over cooked. We did eat our rice and spring rolls they were okay. No refund for what we didn’t eat just a a free meal next time. I don’t want to go next time.Told by Cheng that the manager will call tomorrow so rude and saying the chicken can’t be undercooked and the same food went out with no problems today. My parter is vomiting after eating the chicken wings. This is a disgrace. Cheng said oh, so now you are unwell and said what do you want me to do.
Have given 4 stars for service because, last visit I had an exception long wait for my meal. Was only 1 customer when I arrived, and another 2 came in after me. They managed to get their order before me. I kept being asked (3 times) what I had ordered. Maybe if the chap at the counter had spent less attention to his phone, and more to the customer, he may have remembered that I ordered, and actually passed it through to the kitchen at the time I ordered it.
Food took an hour and a half to arrive, was assured it was on its way and 25 mins later it still wasn’t here (we live 2.5 miles away…. The starter box was dry and over cooked The food was at least hot, wouldn’t recommend
Epic beige feast. It was good but could have done with more sauce to balance the volume of fried food. I should never have tried to eat it all myself though..... bug mistake
I normally don't bother to review Igave a one star review as food normally good but for the third time delivery was late. First 2 occasions ordered online, over an hour later called them to be advised driver was on the way. This time I ordered at 5.30pm online knowing it would be late. I phoned twice after an hour and a half, told driver on way and the lady said there was nothing she could do. Two and and a half hours later my son ended up going to the takeaway itself. They phoned driver, he was on his way and my son was told to leave, no apology at any time. Attitude of the owners was not our problem, not a good business plan. Sadly won't be using this takeaway again.
