Tim Hortons - Kitchener

Best Tim's in all of kw. Most others never have what you order or make you wait 10+ minutes but this one always have what you asked for and have it instantly. Staff are great too considering they have to deal with students from the high school all day.

The staff is too rude. As other customers I too had washroom concern. I noticed that they clean it before 9 and lock it so that they don't have to clean it again. That is too too bad. Also the customer service is very poor. The quantity of cappuccino was very low. Not at all satisfied with the place overall. Please don't waste time by going there.

We went to tim hortans around 9PM. We ordered few items and after sometime around 9:30 one of us wanted to use washroom and it was an emergency. We requested the staff for the access and she bluntly refused to open the door and we tried requesting her as it was an emergency but she rudely replied and was talking to her co-worker. Though we kept asking they were smiling at us and kept ignoring. This is very rude and unacceptable behavior towards customers. The irony was the location is open till 11pm but washroom closes before 9pm. No wonder this location has 3.3 rating, staff here are ruining the place. Never going to comeback and let any of my friends go. If the owner cares about their business please stop replying with automated message to 1 star ratings.

Best Tim's in KW. I think I'll go there more often when I happen to be in the area. I was there earlier today getting a box of six donuts and was very happy with the service. Staff is awesome. Highly recommended, thank you.

This place is simply great I visited twice they are really fast and accurate with ordering. especially prem was really good at customer service
