Were there in August 2023 Unfortunately, the staff is not trained to greet the guests with 5 stars. Unfortunately, it was not possible every day There was chaos in the restaurant every day, no one knew what to do (due to a lack of leadership) The room unfortunately has a lot of defects Unfortunately the room cleaning was poor The staff on the beach had no interest All in all it's not worth 5 stars for the price everything has to be right! The only positive thing was the location and the food

A gem in the middle of nature, surrounded by 4 beaches, including 3 of the most beautiful on the island. Perfect service through electric caddies, which take the guest promptly to their desired location. There is a pleasantly relaxed, quiet atmosphere in the hotel itself. It goes without saying that everything is sparkling clean. We spent 2 wonderful weeks at Elivi. On our last day, Storm Daniel swept across the island. And what should I say? Only in crisis situations does it become apparent what is really going on: Dimitris Fermere's team did a top job in making this situation as bearable as possible for every guest. For distraction, e.g. E.g. every guest eats and drinks up and down the menu free of charge throughout the day. Dimitris Fermere himself was in control of the situation at all times, he was really there for his guests around the clock! We felt safe and in very good hands at all times. Thank you for everything.!!! Addendum: There were, however, some guests who were in the largest flood disaster that has ever struck Europe, insisting on their pampered 5-star status. To make others ashamed.....

Wonderful location we have Had lunch overlooking the sea. Excellent prosecco, good but not excellent Greek salad, portions of sauce samples too large for one person, prawns too expensive at €100 per kg (practically 10 prawns cost €50, €5 each?!
