Sad to say that I am very disappointed with the Brand altogether today. First of all the campaign of a Free soda Bucket with purchase of a 12 or 16 piece Bucket Meal... PLEASE!! A plastic bag is NOT a BUCKET!! In the advertisement picture with themeal, it actually looks like a Bucket, complete with a handleI Reality is it is a heavy gauge plastic bag with a pleated bottomand a screw on cap at the top. Can you say bait and switch ? I can. I can also say fraud. Shame on you KFC

Asked for sauce with popcorn chicken. Get to hospital room and there is none. So simple... Who is bringing me my sauce? Last time I go here

Left to get a kfc bowl in the rainstorm, and they forgot my mais in my bowl. I cried from 9 to 9:30 and no one took the phone and added stress I asked for spicy bun and she gave me 2 small pieces of crushed bun and it was extremely greasy. I'm staying with popeyes. never again!

Terrible customer service through the drive through. Bunch of little girls with TERRIBLE attitudes. Go somewhere else. ZERO stars if I could.

Cold food. Returned it to the counter. Asked for fresh. IMO not an unreasonable request.They were not too crowded and gave me more food. Still not hot, only warm.Not reccomended.
