Was very short and rude to customer in front of me and moving at the pace of a snail while doing it. Seemed very upset and bothered that she had to work. Was asking customers. When I asked for soup she said they ran out early and that she didn 't want to make more.
I think good customer service is incredibly important, and it can really make a difference in someone's day. From my experience, the young girl at Subway was friendly, attentive, and made sure to get my order exactly right. She was patient with me when I asked questions, and she seemed genuinely interested in making sure I had a good experience. Overall, I was really impressed with her customer service skills, and I think she's a great example of how a positive attitude and good communication can go a long way in making customers feel valued and appreciated.
The little girl who serves the sandwhiches is very rude i told her i don't eat brown lettuce and if she could get fresh lettuce she said just don't get the lettuce then , i said i want fresh lettuce she said well i don't think so ? how rude and uncalled , people come here fresh off work and have to deal with unnecessary nasty bad attitudes.
Went in yesterday to order 2 foot long sandwiches for my kids. I asked to use the restroom they told me I couldn't because it's not working. I asked them what do they do if they need to use the restroom. Crickets. How can you not have a working restroom?
They made my Sandwich wrong tgrough the app and wouldn't make it again. Absolutely horrible customer service.
