Dunkin' - Lawrence

I was really hungry, but thankfully, the staff was amazing—especially Alyssa. She’s a fantastic person who made me feel as if I had been whisked away to an island, where she was the coolest barista ever. Thank you, Alyssa, for brightening my day!

Milly, the manager, is absolutely fantastic! I’d choose to drive to her store for coffee over visiting the nearest one near my home any day! That’s how impressive she and her morning team are! To the owner, make sure to promote her because she truly knows how to create a welcoming experience that brings customers back for more. If I had a business, I would hire her in a heartbeat!

The two young ladies who attended to me today were very sweet, and my order was excellent. Britney and Neyshka were fantastic, and the place is very clean. Additionally, the ladies working in the mornings are super quick, making it a consistently great experience!

This time was different. The Pink Velvet Iced Macchiato I received looked nothing like the picture, and it lacked the flavors that were supposed to be there. It tasted mainly like a colored iced coffee—nothing special. I suspect they were just still getting accustomed to this drink or perhaps had limited experience with it. The staff here are really friendly, and if I had raised the issue right away, I'm sure they would have been happy to give me a replacement.

I ordered a cold brew with sweet foam, but instead, I received just milk and water. This will be my last visit to this Dunkin'. My entire family already avoids this location, even though it's the closest to our house. From now on, we'll be going to the one on Swan Street. Please train your staff better!
