Have eaten here probably a dozen times menu du jour lunchtime over the last 2 years , owners very welcoming , decent portions and great quality worth the drive from confolens only 4 miles away really nice on the shady terrace in the summer .

Great food, lovely service, simple menu really well executed. Would definitely recommend. Went on a Monday evening which was good as many places closed on a Monday. Lovely welcome& overall very good value. Will be back !!

We stayed in Confolen last weekend because we were purchasing in Lessac. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the bar restaurant because we were back an for to the house at different times of the day over two days. The management were so welcoming and though we have a bit of a language barrier they were so helpful. The locals were very friendly too. This is definitely our new local; our friends and family will also be impressed when they stay over. What a perfect find near our new home thank you!

Warm welcome even without having booked and at any end of service. Short and effective map of the nature to satisfy all desires. Fresh products and local suppliers. A family and generous kitchen made and served with a smile. Don’t hesitate, in addition to the prices are soft... Entrance, dish, dessert and coffee included. Meet these two funny ladies who love what they do and welcome you as at home.

Small stop for a hot chocolate in Lessac. Very friendly atmosphere and great reception. Don't hesitate to stop. Ps: Small chocolates are very good.
