Nero d'Avola is one of the indigenous Sicilian varieties, and is making big waves at the moment. Lots of fruit, spice and not flabby or over oaked, just fresh, approachable and really really really easy to drink!

This isn't an austere style, or a really delicate, nuanced style nor is it super rich either. It's just a really easy style of Champagne. It is slightly oxidative, but with lots of ripe fruit and brightness too. It is very, very easy to drink.
The Instinct is our best-selling Champagne indeed its one of our best selling wines full stop. We love it for its soft mousse, great depth of flavour and good length. Fantastic value for money. A great alternative to Moet.
