Dunkin' - LONG GROVE

I would love to give them 5 stars but their consistency is subpar.

Cute little store. I enjoyed my coffee very much. It is kinda hidden by trees, so don't pass it up.

Just got home w disappointment number 2 in a row?. Yesterday my order was a medium iced coffee and a medium ice caramel macchiato, received 2 iced coffees. Didn?t complain, not a big deal, I have off days too. Today I ordered one med iced coffeewith an espresso shot and got what I think is a medium milk or cream w a shot of espresso, definitely tastes like it. This timeI had to say something as the second iced coffee yesterday was still enjoyed, this just can?t be?.. Would have driven back butthe parking lot is being seal coated so it?s a bit of chaos due to the customers not understanding how to navigate the cones nropes, maybe due to lack of coffee like me. They are supposed to be open until 7pm. The people working here keep closing at 645pm. I drive 10 mins here to get donuts. What a bad location. Unfortunately this is the closest to me as well. Looks like the workers are just trying to leave early.

You can't miss going to dunkin' girls seemed to be understaffed. Took longer then normal but they got done
