Wendy's - Longwood

In general, the restaurant is very good. When I was younger, I used to work at Wendy's, so my favorite items are the baked potatoes, the grilled double stacks, and the chili, which is freshly made daily. However, they need to work on improving the speed at which you receive your food.

I frequently dine at Wendy's and recently visited a fantastic location. The food was fresh and hot, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was friendly. Keep up the great work!

Avoid going to this Wendy's after 3pm. The service during dinner time is awful. It seems like there may not be a manager on duty at night, leading to a noticeable drop in quality. During my recent visit, we were given the wrong order even though we were charged for the correct one. The Powerade served was clearly a mix of red and purple, passed off as grape flavor. Additionally, we requested honey mustard but received sweet n sour bbq sauce instead. If they were out of an item, they should have offered an alternative instead of being deceptive. The lunch staff always provides excellent service, but the dinner staff seems incapable and often only accepts cash payments, refusing credit cards. If you want to receive the correct order, avoid coming here after 3pm.

When I hear Lakeisha's voice taking orders, I know my food is coming the way I ordered it hot and fresh. Her and her crew are rockstars during the day! Best crew right there!

This place is a complete dump save your time and money, and go somewhere else! I really wish they would shut this place down and put in something good for the city Longwood.
