Whataburger - Lubbock

Good burgers but the fries are the best! Shoestring fries that aren't drowned in oil are unbeatable. I've always wanted to try Whataburger...now I can check it off the list.

This location has the worst service, we recieved cold burgers they blamed it on low staff, but we were the only ones in line?‍, I asked if my burger could be made a specific way, but no they couldn't even do that... I called and spoke with a manager by the name of Jacob and he had the worst customer service, we resolved nothing because besides my food being cold, he refused to admit my order was just all wrong in general.

Love the fact they are truly open 24 hours. Good food and fills you up. No extra cost for sauces which a surprise. Most places charge whats next charger for ketsup. Thank you whataburger!!!

Order a honey BBQ meal and it was awful. Mind this is my favorite from whataburger but at this one it was awful and the fries were bad too. Do not recommend

My large onion ring was half full. It was 7 onion rings. Why is this $1 more expensive than fries? Fill it up guys, c'mon. You're Whataburger. Your small drink is like, a gallon in size.
