I'm not from the area so I expected a brewery that brewed beer. I will say that I enjoyed the atmosphere. People brought dogs and the bartenders were great. I didn't love their house seasoning. It was just a lot and I wanted it to be lightly seasoned.
Great atmosphere brought our puppy. Food was good. Fun to hang out and just chill. Close to our hotel in Mount Lauren.
I called first to make sure my dog could join me and she was allowed outside. My cousin and I got a high top table. You have to order from a window and you most likely won't hear them calling your name. Thought they should have maybe 1 person walking around with food orders but whatever. Cool location, and nice to sit outside, but this isn't an actual Brewery. Not a lot of beer options, heavy on the sweet side of drinks. Ark famous scoop fries with cheese sauce, add pulled pork. Not great. Meat was tough. Cheese sauce was runny. Fries eh. Really wanted to like the menu but nothing was jumping out at me wanting me to come back. Again, nice location.
Food is craft, they do an amazing job with a small kitchen. Cocktails are also craft, really love the variations of Old Fashion they make. The setting is stunning, considering I'm a simple person I don't need much.
The Ark Brewery hosted a very special event to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday last night. The food was fantastic (they have a new chef... amazing! the service was outstanding, the ambiance at the Ark can't be beat, incredibly laid back and comfortable. We have been there several times with couples and occasionally just as a quick date night. If you haven't been here, you should definitely give it a shot. Shout out to Andrew Weeks the GM, suuuuuuch a pleasure working with you!
