I want to shout to the Wendy’s at Malvern, AR. We are noticing all the improvements in customer service, food quality atmosphere. A special shout out to Gracie at the drive through window today (8/22/2023) for literally some of the BEST customer service, friendliness, while being a professional, that we have met in many a year, from anywhere in AR. Stopped by Wendy’s for a quick bite, and it delivered exactly what I was looking for. The first thing that stood out was how clean the restaurant was—something you don’t always find in many mid-level fast food spots. The service was fast and efficient, with no unnecessary wait times.
