In short it's a pricey, just a okay burger joint. It's a really big turn off for me when a burger place doesn't freely give basic accouterments such as lettuce, tomato, pickles. I mean how much does a slice of tomato cost that I can't add it to my kid's burger even when I offer to pay a bit more? My children love fruits vegetables and want a dressed burger but if I want to get them a burger with some lettuce, tomato, pickle I have to get them an adult combo which is $4 more. That's too much for basic toppings. Bad move Burger Barn. I also ordered cheddar cheese tots but was given tots flooded in nacho cheese. That's alright, mistakes happen; but when I told the guy that brought our food he went and read the ticket and fought me on it. I paid for the nacho cheese fries. I ordered cheddar not nacho though. Why would I order something the way that I don't want it? Just apologize for your mistake and get a new order made right. They didn't. That's bad customer service Burger Barn. We'll be driving past this parsimonious place from now on. On a positive, the chili cheese fries that my son ordered were really good with nacho cheese. My wife just didn't want her tots drowned in it.

I love the burgers here! Staff were on their phones the whole time, so they made a boring vibe there. We ordered an avocado salad, and that's what's the pictures are of. I think they need to better dress this appetizer! Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
