Dairy Queen - Mauldin

The service and food at this restaurant were excellent. This was my first time visiting this location while traveling for work in the area. After a negative experience at another restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised by the patience and friendliness of the gentleman taking my order. The food was fresh, hot, and served quickly. I want to thank all the staff for making my visit enjoyable and worth it. They deserve a raise.

I am extremely satisfied with the service at Dairy Queen. We ordered royal blizzards, but they mistakenly added an extra charge. The restaurant was quite busy when we were there. I went back to the counter to request a refund for the additional charge and the staff member not only refunded it but also refunded both blizzards. This level of customer service exceeded my expectations.

I was initially impressed by the fast-moving line at the restaurant, but my excitement quickly faded when I got home (just 4 minutes away) and found that my food was lukewarm. The cheese on my burger wasn't even melted, indicating how not hot the food was.

Some of the best crew ever...that Owner Aziz and the Mgr. Fredrick Christin and the crew are wonderful hope they stick around.

Just went through the drive thru. Your window cashier gave me someone's nasty burger that had onion rings and some type of gross sauce. If you're going to mistakenly give me someone else burger, make sure that it doesn't have all of those nasty toppings
