Red Lobster - McAllen

Outstanding customer service at this restaurant! The General Manager, Steve, goes above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. Our waiter, Sam, was professional and served us a delicious lobster dinner. The food was hot and served promptly. The atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant and inviting. This is definitely a great place to dine with friends, family, or loved ones. Despite the changing requirements due to Covid-19, it was wonderful to be able to dine in. My wife and I felt valued as customers. Remember to tip your waitstaff for their hard work in making your dining experience memorable. It's important to show kindness and appreciation for the effort put into preparing and serving a meal. Give blessings to others and you will be blessed in return. We ordered 3 appetizers and 3 different entrees. Everything was hot and delicious. Some of the items were new to the menu since my last visit. I enjoyed everything, especially the lighter tasting biscuits. The service was excellent and deserving of an extra tip. Safety measures were still in place, which we appreciated. We will definitely be returning for another dine-in experience.

I ordered the 'Build Your Own' 3 item meal at this restaurant. The meal included broiled flounder, an Argentina grilled shrimp skewer, a baked potato, and a house salad. To start, I had an appetizer of bacon-wrapped scallops, which were the highlight of the meal. The flounder was tender and tasty, while the shrimp was grilled and needed to be dipped in butter to enhance the flavor as it was a bit dry. The biscuits were delicious. The reason for giving 5 stars? Our server, Pedro. He was friendly, engaging, accommodating, quick, and overall a really nice person. Pedro, these stars are for you.

The host has led me to the author, I ordered the walt’s shrimp, fries and coleslaw . had to go in 15 minutes and there were five commands before me. shrimp was delicious with sauce and biscuits are delicious. light and satisfying.

Delicious seafood! the cookies are fresh and the tellers are good sizes! recommended to spend a good time and have a firm of seafood!
