Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónEven though Claypot King may not appear to have seating from the outside, don't be deceived - step inside and choose a seat. We enjoyed Claypot King so much that we had to come back again and again for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, though we're only sharing photos from our lunch and dinner visits!
The laksa and pork buns were amazing. The prices were affordable and just right. It was great to enjoy the meal with good company at the communal table.
We went there as a family and had a good cheap meal. Not amazing quality, but in keeping with the fast food prices.
This place is now closed, but the value for money may be why they went out of business. Never fear, they have another location in Glen Waverly and Box Hill. If you have a big group, definitely worth the trip to this place.
Claypot King, Swanston Street, Melbourne........so handy to Mercure Welcome Hotel.Unobtrusive entrance from street, but good signage when we pass by in the tram. Very well patronised and understandably so. No frills, no fuss, but efficient and inexpensive.Claypot chicken served on plate, not in traditional claypot, but still interesting and flavoursome. The lamb curry was far more interesting and made the meal most enjoyable.because we share and combine the two flavours. Quick and pleasant service..Recommended if you are in a hurry. Will go back again when we stay at same Hotel.
