D'bo's Buffalo Wings-n-things - Memphis

When I arrived to place my to go order, I had wait a few minutes before my order was taken even though the cashier was standing on the other end of the counter doing nothing. I then proceeded to wait 40 minutes for 4 chicken tenders, fries, and rolls (which I never received). As I was asking for a refund because I had waited forever and it appeared all the kitchen staff was gone (they left with their own to go boxes before all the remaining customers had received food), myorder miraculously appeared. The person who I was told was the owner had brought it out about 2-3 minutes prior, but didn?t ask any of the customers waiting at the counter if it was their order. I explained to the other gentleman the foodeven looked cold. I was assured the order was just brought out. So, against my better judgment I accepted it and proceeded home. As expected, the fries were extremely soft and stale, not fresh and crispy. It was like they had been sittingin the to go box for a long time before they were brought out. Mind you, I only live 5 minutes away so that wasn?t enough time for them to get that soft. I requested seasoned tenders, but they had absolutely no seasoning on them. Instead ofthe ranch dressing I requested, I received bleu cheese. Essentially the entire order was trash. I had another poor experience here previously, but I decided to give them another chance. However, at this point it?s best that I take my hardearned money elsewhere because the customer service is bad and the food is no longer great.

Asked twice for my wings to be fried soft looked at them they looked soft. Got home and bit into them they where so hard was like I was chewing rocks seem like they where fried from earlier.The fries cold and look old. Customer service not so great Don?t think I?ll be visiting again.

Place used to be a real gem, new ownership the The Debo’s that I grew to love is no more at this location. I did a call in, when I arrived the food was surprisingly already ready for takeout. I got home opened the box took a bite to find out that the chicken tastes like it was redropped in hot grease. Didn’t have a fresh taste at all, totally disappointed. Sad to say that I won’t be back to this location again. Total waste of money!

They put you on hold for a while and hang up on you. Then want you to pay over the phone with your credit or debit card at 6pm over the phone on top of being rude. Would give zero if I could! Wings are good but the customer service suck! Will go somewhere else and especially where I’m not giving my debit card over the phone in the daytime!
