Checkers - Miami

We order FOOD and they are rude and they got no order. They told me they didn't hear the DRINKS I heard from ORDERS CUZ I WOULD. Tie

We got an uncooked burger and brought him back to make her new, and the anger at the service came into the window, told us nothing directly and puts a refund and no receipt or food out and stopped the window and said she would call her cops if we didn't move. No time, the confusion and the burgers were both badly done. I asked for the manager name she refused to open the window, and started recording as she was in the right. Drove over 30mins to these checkers for 4 sandwiches and two were badly made and was uncooked meat and one. She also gave me no reception and basically sat like a child keeping the line for their other customers all to not just give me my money back without apology for eating or anything.

The staff is very friendly... has 30 minutes for a walk up order and the food was cold and terrible. You need new employees quickly... wouldn't be back until they do.ijs

Flyed to the ride at midnight and ordered 3 sharp chicken sandwiches. When we came home, only 1 sharp chicken and the other 2 were a kind of regular hamburgers. One spicy chicken was excellent, but the 2 burgers were far below average. We didn't feel like driving all the way back. I don't know, I think it seems more difficult to fool this than to do it right.

This is honestly the worst checkers I have been to. I waited over 30 minutes for my food (3 burgers a fry) when I did receive it, my order was completely wrong. I was charged the wrong amount after asking for my food to be fresh/well done it was cold. I had extra topping I did not ask for and overall I am highly upset. I can understand if a mistake happens once, but I have a problem EVERY TIME I come to this checkers. I could also understand if there are a lot of orders but I was the only car in line at the time, I do not understand. If possible go to a different checkers ! I do not recommend Sincerely, A very upset customer
