Wendy's - Miami

Hey, I had a great experience at Wendy's with their fast service. I went through the drive-thru and was quickly in and out. The burgers were hot and the new fries were delicious. I highly recommend stopping by for lunch.

This restaurant experience was frightening! Despite pretending there is no line, they make patrons wait in the phone order slot right next to a busy bus stop, inviting confrontation with beggars. Customers are kept in the dark about their food's wait time, and once payment is received, they are left vulnerable to approaching beggars at their window. Additionally, the aggressive behavior of the drive-thru staff adds to the intimidating atmosphere. It is not advisable to risk your safety for a meal at this establishment.

My party of four ordered Wendy's delivery through DoorDash. Unfortunately, our entire order was incorrect, with only one burger being correct. We tried calling back to let them know and request compensation for the missing items we were charged extra for, but we were not pleased with the outcome at all.

Horrible walk in service.???And definitely a dirty place, the health department should randomly visit and check out this dirty restaurant. But like I always say; isnt the employees fault !!!Is 100% the Restaurant Manager resposability to be sure the employees are doing their job correctly and keeping the place clean...
