Bridgeman's Bistro - Mill Bay

We had a very bad experience. Our reservation was lost and the receptionist basically told us we just didn’t make it or we were not telling the truth. We are old and don’t hear well so there may have been a misunderstanding but we were treated poorly. We had a nice meal,and the service was good. Then the manager presented us with our bill I TRIED to tell him about the poor customer service we received when we came in. He was surly and as we left I tried to tell him again. He said we were the problem and told us to leave the restaurant and not come back. I believe the inexperienced young woman at the front desk told him that we were rude to her….. which was not the case but he did nothing to right the stipulation and now we have a very poor opinion of this restaurant

The food and service are wonderful but I'll never go back due to the extreme noise level! Please take a hint from Buddhist temples and The Hollywood Bowl and hang some noise buffers from the ceiling.

Been to the Bistro many times. We live in Nanaimo and have friends in the Victoria area. Nice place to meet. Food always good as is the service. A plus they take reservations

Perfect view and setting, we stumbled on this gem by accident. Try the shrimp dumplings they are out of this world. My hubby loved the beef dip.

Our visit today was to celebrate my wife's Birthday which was on Mothers da. We were a party of eight and everyone was pleased with all aspects of the Bistro. Our server Francis was professional and pleasant . She looked after all our requests . If you have not been to this venue.GO
