I called the store and waited on hold for 40 minutes just for the employee to answer the phone and say they were going to get a manager that never came to the phone!!! I called domino?s head quarters and had to wait on hold for an hour just to speak with someone, I?ve never experienced customer service this terrible before in my life! 7 days later no refund, no pizza. Poor treatment to a loyal customer!
The worst experience ever. I went in ordered my pizza. They forgot to even hand it to me or tell me it was ready. Then I called when I got home to tell them my pizza was wrong and the white man who answers the phone refused to do anything about and on top of that he hung up in my face. I called back and told him I?m the girl he hung up on and did it again. Then just completely stopped answering. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. They literally don?t care about their customers.
Absolute disaster class from this dominos tonight. My 37-47 minute delivery order took over an hour, which I would've been okay with if it wasn't for the fact that my order had been quality checked for 45 minutes. Once the delivery driver got here, he was missing an item and I have currently been waiting 35 minutes for it to be redelivered. Just awful service.
The last two times I ordered on the Domino's website and my order was incorrect. The first time I ordered a thin crust pizza with extra sauce with pepperoni, mushrooms, and cheddar cheese. Sausage was put on my pizza. The second time I ordered the same thing but my pizza had hand tossed crust instead of thin like I ordered. Someone isn't paying attention to the orders! UPDATE: SOMEONE FROM THE STORE GAVE ME A TEN DOLLAR GIFT CARD. THEY SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME MORE SINCE MY LAST TWO ORDERS WERE MORE THAN TEN DOLLARS!
Avoid!!! I placed an order, it showed up an hour late and room temperature at best. Thanks for giving me the privilege of turning my money into garbage. Even worse was their customer service. I tried to call to resolve and was put on hold and then hung up twice before reaching someone. I finally asked for a refund and was told they don?t do that. My company does tons of events and usually we order Dominos but that will not be happening again.
