Wendy's - Minot

Food was good no problems there but customer service sub par if you don't like your job don't do it that's all be nice smile even if it's your worse day Im am not the one that created your problems at home but that's all

I always like to be with Wendys when I need cheap food, fast. Usually the service is fast, but recently the service was slow. Usually it's just a person I understand, but it's like it doesn't matter to them whether one or ten cars get through the ride. No more really good food, it's just the point of sale to be cheap..

The Customer Service was Wonderful. Except for there was a rush after my order and she was working the front by herself. Was Sad because I wanted to make my own chicken salad. With an order of 4 nuggets and a Side salad. Come to find out they dont carry a side salad ... Then as shes taking everyones orders she lines the receipts one after another. Well so by the time she finished she got to my reciept which was the very next one. Well so then my food cheese fries) were cold so needless to say I ate my nuggets and Not many fries. They need to give her help up front.

We usually chose Wendy 's as one of our better fast food choices, and we rarely ever have an issue. However, our last visit on 12/9/22 was unsatisfactory not because of the food or service, but because of an unpleasant experience between an employee and a woman he was arguing with. When my husband and I pulled into the parking lot, we noticed they were standing by the door practically yelling at each other. My husband and I decided to stay in our vehicle until the argument ended. As we were walking to the door, she stormed off and he went back inside to work. He happened to walk past us as he went back in the kitchen, and there was an overwhelming and obvious marijuana odor. My husband then noticed he looked like he was pretty spaced out. At that point, we were both so disgusted that we decided we didn 't want someone that 's high preparing our food and we walked out. I hope this matter is brought to the attention of management and that as a customer, it is completely unacceptable, not to mention illegal. I hate to see someone lose their job over something like this, but before I would even consider coming back, I would like to see that management is screening and working to ensure that all their employees pass a mandatory drug test.

Drive thru is always slow. Chicken nuggets were cold when I received them. Orders are always correct though.
