Tim Hortons - Mirabel

I ordered a wrap and an iced latte at this restaurant. I have sensitive teeth, so I requested for less ice in my drink. However, when it was served to me, the cup was only half filled with minimal coffee and ice. When I inquired about it, the server explained that is the standard amount of coffee they put when someone asks for less ice. I mentioned that this has never happened to me before, even at Starbucks. There have been times when I couldn't have ice at all, so I would have my drinks without ice, but I have never faced this issue at any other cafes except for Tim Hortons. Additionally, the wrap I ordered tasted very unpleasant. This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced.

Wow! I ordered a BLT, but instead I received a veggie bagel. It seems like a few customers before me also had their orders mixed up.

The personal is nice, but the business is under personal and has strange hours. they are almost always closed.

At least 40 minutes each time all the time. instead of 8km more to be served faster.

I waited 30 minutes for a bagel and a coffee and even that I was given a bad order.
