We stopped here by chance on our journey from the South of France. The service was most friendly and the Croque Monsieur's were excellent. They were made with local produce, the ham was thick and really tasty. I also sampled the local rose wine which was very good.When you leave the motorway there is a supermarket where you can buy fuel( good price) and a little further along you come to the centre ville where there are a few shops and restaurants. The coffee was also very good.The menu was fairly limited but there was a set menu and a range of other dishes.Don't bother with any other places,you won't be disappointed.Thank you!

In our way we wanted to avoid the big chain restaurants near the peage. Stopped at Bar Central and ordered a cup of coffee and croque monsieur. Both were very good, service was friendly, unfrontunately we hadn't the time for a hot meal. Would have been OK and not expensive, not to mention the broad range of local and Belgium beers.
