Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónPlease do not order online from them because apparently they're not smart enough to read an order and they will rob you of what you paid for! They even had everything listed on the receipt correctly but it just wasn't on the subways because apparently either they are illiterate or just lazy or they just don't care enough to give you what you paid for. I will say when you go in person they don't mess it up because your literally standing their watching them but i guess some people don't do good making sandwiches without constant supervision.
I ordered online, but when I got to the store I was told they never received the order, and they don't do stuff like that! I did request a refund d from PAYPAL, but the help was extremely rude, and offered no assistance to help with the order.
Just had the tuna salad and smallest portion of tuna I've ever received from a Subway.
Waiting in line for 15 mins just to hear that the toaster oven does not work..meat on the sub was cold. The staff was oblivious to care. she dropped the sandwich on the floor and picked it up and handed it time. Luckily it was wrapped but wow. She dint even Apologise or offer to replace it. I just threw in the trash. Waste of $10.00..neved again.
The dark haired older lady that works in there is a complete bit$ !! She ALWAYS has a bad attitude and I was straightening the chips and this bit$ comes from around the counter and gets an attitude with me and starts to slam the chips around. She is lucky I had my family with me at the time because otherwise I would have went to jail!! I will be contacting all of her bosses and doing everything in my power to get her fired. This is NOT the only time she has acted this way either!!!
