Hotel de la Muse et du Rozier

Only three nights spent in this hotel. Fantastic gourmet food for dinner. good cocktails and friendly staff. Room nice, but needs more shelf and storage space. bade not suitable for someone like mine with that has leg problems. But nice hotel, fine and good breakfast and the best dinner.

Really special fine dishes in this restaurant in a wonderful environment. The staff is very charming, professional and well maintained, while the food is absolutely delicious and is presented as an art piece. The wine list was also breathtaking and exciting. There was a children's menu, but it... is very carefully considered and in accordance with everything you don't find burgers and chips here! Compliments to the staff here for their devotion and general love.

Ask for a table outside. The food is fine, but compared to the prices it is not at the level, it should be.

Tried the restaurant on the recommendation of our camps restaurant manager. Tables are placed on a long decking that runs along the rear of the hotel. We went for the 30 euro menu. The wine selection was very good, with some very expensive bottles for...sale. The service was prompt, but never rushed. The food was of a good standard and very well presented. The combination of the view overlooking the Tarn and the standard of the meal made it a night to remember. The only issue is the limited parking.

Our stay was rather disappointing, I'm afraid! We picked this hotel mainly relying on the photo's and the rather positive comments. over the choice of 4* hotels is rather limited in the area. The setting and the view are spectacular indeed and definitely merit 5*,...but the hotel itself is no more than 3*. Upon arrival we had to wait 5 min before someone came to the reception desk. When I passed by 10 min later, the girl had disappeared again and there were more people waiting. Although the room itself had a magnificent view, it was rather small and needed Some upkeep.
