Consistently rude staff experience I understand it's fast food, but I had to actually tell the girl she didn't have to be rude when I asked if they had a particular protein. Terrible experience
Quick and easy as always. Very polite, clean and quick. Perfect for my lunch break! Easy to walk or drive from my job, sit down(always busy but always a clean table to sit at and enjoy a filling lunch.Dietary restrictions: Easy to put on what you need/want. They have vegetarian (and I thing vegan options of proteins options and your calories are labeled on the sign. I've been doing a macro diet and this is my go to place if I didn't make a lunch that day
This chipotle is so rude. I realized they charged me twice and I can’t even get a refund because they never gave me my receipt! That’s literally theft but what am I supposed to do. I also had to change my daughters diaper and needed the bathroom code and one of the guy employees completely ignored me! Blatantly ignored. It’s giving very much old mushroom gnome with dementia…Anyways, to the cashier who charged my card twice…I don’t think you should ever work the register again. It ain’t that hard. And to the guy in the back who acted like he couldn’t acknowledge me, you might need to clean out yo ears. Cause you won’t get far in life looking like a mop and being deaf.
If I could give this chipotle less than one star I would. Came in and was told it’s online orders only, been sitting here 20 past the time my order was supposed to be ready only to have a massive line of people being served before me. Staff is extremely rude. Worst chipotle I have ever been to in my entire life.
