El Gato Negro - New Orleans

Best in the downtown/Lake Area. Super-consistent. Delicious, great service, clean restaurant with great music/atmosphere. Family-friendly. Cocktails are really good also. We usually dine in but have also ordered catering for a large group event; the food and service knocked it out of the park. Highly recommend.

Amazing selection of tequilas. The mixed grill will easily feed 2 adults. The service is very attentive. Will be back soon!

Stopped in for a quick bite the other night. The food is always above average but what really separates this visit was our server Josh. He was the bartender, server, busboy rolled in one. He provided great service, cared about the questions we had on the menu, and made excellent drinks. I would go back again because of his service.

Every time I visit New Orleans, I make sure to stop by El Gato Negro because they never disappoint! After spending a few days indulging in gumbo, étouffée, and other local dishes, I always look forward to their delicious offerings.
