Hawthorns - Newcastle upon Tyne

Tonight, we were absolutely impressed by our dinner at this restaurant! After experiencing some issues during our first visit earlier this year, we decided to give it another chance and we are so happy we did! There have been significant improvements made since then. The service was exceptional (thank you so much Sara, you are fantastic at what you do!!!) and we thoroughly enjoyed the food! We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Although we were not staying at this hotel, we decided to have dinner here and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and the friendly service from the waitress and waiter. The fish was wonderful and the potatoes were very good! The kids loved their burgers as well. This restaurant comes highly recommended!

Although the menu was limited in the choice, the items we selected were available and cooked nicely, without waiting too much. delicious!

We had a afternoon on the crowne plaza today and it was one of the best afternoon tea I was too! the variety was amazing and the staff was the most friendly staff I've ever met, especially mellows that was so care and...amazing! the image does not make fairness, as it is a screenshot from a video that I had recorded.
