I called to make a complaint about my sandwich missing the top bun and the person who answered, who claimed to be the manager named Chuck, was rude and unprofessional. He seemed reluctant to admit he was the manager, complained about his own bad day, and did not seem concerned about the rude behavior of his staff. Instead of addressing my complaint about receiving cold fries and a partially complete sandwich at full price, he continued to talk about his own problems. If we ever want Arby's again, we'll make the drive to Springfield rather than deal with the Nixa location.
Hey everyone in Nixa, this is the restaurant to visit. I went there at 10:00 at night and everything was fresh. There was adult supervision and they took pride in their food. Good job, guys. It's nice to see that there is at least one reliable place in Nixa. Thank you.
Drive thru took 30 min to get just some fries and a gyro it would have been faster to have just gone inside with how slow there drive thru is
Prices are getting too outrageous. Over 20 dollars for 2 meals. Like seriously? It's cheaper to cook at home. The 3 stars is the staff is always nice and the food is mediocre. Not worth the price
Love, love, love this Arby’s!!!! The customer service is phenomenal! They go the extra mile to put a smile on your face. I have been frequenting this location for 5 years now. The customer service and food quality are consistently great. Drive thru wait times are very low and workers have always made sure I have any additions such as sauces, napkins etc. I have tried other Springfield locations and they sorely lack the quality of the Nixa location.
