La Hacienda Mexican - North Charleston

La Hacienda is hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever been to. The drinks are not only enormous and packed with flavor, but they also come with a delightful boozy kick. The food is equally impressive, with generously sized portions that never fail to satisfy. The desserts are a sweet treat to end the meal perfectly. It's rare to find a place where every single item on the menu is a hit, but The Hacienda nails it effortlessly. I've been enjoying their cuisine since I was a kid, and I can proudly say that I've never had a single bad experience. What's truly remarkable is that every location maintains the same consistent feel and exceptional quality of both service and food. If you're looking for an outstanding Mexican dining experience, La Hacienda is an absolute must-visit.

Terrible low quality food, terrible service, no management running things. What else can I say? This restaurant was a favorite until moved into their new building and arrogant about how great they think they are. Its not just me....

You know all you can eat lunch buffets are always a great option for the price and the selections of food choices. But it's rare to find a Mexican buffet. This buffet was great you really need to check it out. We will definitely be back.

Me and my daughter came here to have a late lunch and spend time together. We walked in on a Saturday about 2:40. First thing I noticed was it smelled so good! Then I noticed as we stood there waiting for someone to eat us a table full of what looked like workers watching a game on the tv. One man put his drink on the table and walked over after about 4 mins to seat us. Then we sat down and waited till 2:58 for someone to take our drink order. We ordered our food and drinks at the same time our food came out about 3:30. All we ordered was fajitas to share with steak, chicken, and shrimp. The shrimp still has the legs on it. Some people like that not me. And the whole thing just had no seasoning what so ever. It was gross. We will not be back here again. So the smell of the place is very deceiving. I only gave 2 stars cause it really smelt so good. And our server was nice.

For me the food was just OK. The service was terrible. I ordered a house margarita and it was so bad I couldn't even take a 2nd drink. I realize a house margarita is a mix in most restaurants but this was not even Margarita flavor and it left a chemical taste in my mouth. They did take it back but gave me this long speech on how he was doing favor. When we finished our meals the server put his hand out for us to hand him the plates. When I got the bill I noticed the margarita was $9, can't believe they charge $9 for this terrible drink.
