Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónIn the Michelin-1 star category the band width is quite large: the one has just dressed it there, the other is already cooking on another level and bangs only waiting for height. the waidwerk I wished the sooner as I was absolutely thrilled at my first visit. the courts are consistently at very high level and then there are even more outlier upwards. adapting the arrangements of the amuse gueules in which there was already more raffinesse than in some complete menu. or pork with cauliflower, kohlrabi and a Dashi-Sud a great combination of spice and aromen. also the dessert from sesame ice, sesame-crunchy and thin plant slices has knocked me around. also a highlight. the service in a very pleasant modern-satisfied ambiente fits along here: perfect, without weakening and always so human that you get to chat. for me a real discovery in the region.
