Burger King - Ocala

I wanted to get an oreo-shake. the employee informed me that they did not even have an ice machine at this point. do not advertise what they cannot do.

This burger King is a joke. Employees cussing lack of respect and rude even at the speaker. The manager laughs and thinks it's ok to let her Employees run around acting as if they aren't there to earn a paycheck but to cut up. Not to mention this is by far the worst tasting burger King in all of ocala but to be honest it's probably the worst of the east coast. Food never comes out hot the fries and onion rings taste and smell like they are fried in three year old oil and are always soggy never crispy. The burgers taste as if they cooked them yesterday and they are just throwing them in a microwave to warm them up and barley melt the cheese. I am not worried about me because I wont be visiting this disgusting and poorly ran establishment ever again. I worry about the unexpecting future customer.

Always miss something. And the wait is forever. It's not busy at all and we've been here for 20 minutes. There was only 2 people in front of us. The face that they can still get an order wrong after that is insane

I don't know how this location stays in business . Make the drive to the other burger king literally right around the corner.Seldom is my order right whenever I do go here but I can't say the experience is ever good or enjoyable but today really set the barI eat at Burger King normally 3 times a week for breakfast downtown and I always order the same thingTwo breakfast burritos . Today it was like the chefs in the kitchen we're making for a Le cordon bleu magazine.... Except only in proportionIn the regular burrito tortilla there was a thin sheet of egg cut like a rectangle. A .5 inch by 2 inch egg sheet topped with a cold rectangular torn off under a shriveled hard baconIt was terrible and from spoiling it out of the wrapper you could tell it was nothing but a handful of tortilla 10/10 would not recommend this location the only reason we stopped here today is because my daughter saw it driving down the road so she want a Burger King for breakfast

I like the whopper, and their French fries other entries, not so much. Every Burger King that I have been to, has slow service - but I would rather have the slow service than eat at McDonald's.
