Higgins Crab House 31st Street

Good option for blue shell crabs. My mom and her friend said the margaritas pitcher they ordered was weak, mostly ice. Our waitress was very nice although she looked overwhelmed with tables. Overall I would go back for the crabs!

My husband is a crab enthusiast he can tell you all there is to know about crabs and what is worth buying or not just by looking and feeling them. He couldn 't even finish the 4 he bought they were so big. I say this place is awesome for crabs! ????????

We went last evening as our last night in OC dinner and it was delicious. Alexa was our server, he was amazing. Food spoke for itself. We kept hearing if you haven't tried the Orange crush you need to. Okay well we did and amazing. The 1st place I visited on the trip and it was certainly worth it. Pricey but great choice. From the shrimp to the crabs. Food even taste better next day. I will definitely be returning.

Thought we would try this restaurant today 7/23/2022. Food was subpar, did not taste fresh! Hush puppies were hard as a rock. Soft shell crab was over fried. They fried the Salmon! Baked potato was old. Crab soup tasted like sweet pudding. Had a mojito, had to send it back. Lost my appetite. Very disappointed. The stars are for the server Suzy who was very nice.
