Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI tried to go through the drive-through at the Odessa, MO Subway. When I pulled around, I had to get out of my car to touch the screen to build my order. There was no way to communicate with anyone in the store, which proved to be a problem because thetouch screen wasn?t working properly. The menu wouldn?t even show the sandwich I wanted and I canceled my order three timesbecause I kept trying to move through the menu to find what I wanted and it kept selecting things I didn?t want. After thefourth time of canceling my order, I pressed the button that said press for help. I waited a few minutes and nothing happened. Ipressed the help button again and again waited a few minutes. Still nothing happened. Finally, I gave up on the drive throughand went inside. I told the woman behind the counter that the drive through touch screen was not working properly and she gaveme a look like she didn?t care. There was no apology, no attempts to make it right. That is terrible service and no food servicelocation should be okay with this level of treatment. It was my worst experience at a Subway, ever.
I ordered online from Subway for the first time this evening. I must say that my order was perfect. Everything was made just like I ordered and the food was ready when I went inside to pick up.
These girls dnt know how to make sandwich dnk know what they were thinking if i am gonna pay them or no. I asked every single time can you please put some more? And thats what they made it ???
Not used to ripping for subway but the girls are always nice and polite there. And everyone's gotta eat right? Fair is fair.
I got there at 9:22 knowing they close at 10. I got there and the light's were on but the door was locked and people were in the back room. I knocked for a while but nobody answered the door.
