In the heart of örebro city, amici is located on a busy shopping street surrounded by clothing shops, jewler and shopping centers in both directions, blink and they will miss it. when they come from the lively streets, they are greeted with a cozy, authentic atmosphere. fresh ingredients surround them in this intimate environment, paired with the open kitchen they are always close and personally integrated into the food process. for this special afternoon visit I had to drink all’amatriciana with a menabrea, the guanciale hanging from the rafters as I ordered. if they are on the look for authentic Italian cuisine in örebro, this is the place the minimalistic Italian philosophy of food production is maintained without disturbing with fresh and delicious taste of restaurant quality. In addition, the owner ensures that they take care of themselves well, he agrees with his cooking as his guests. the overall experience is like a tor to italy if only for a short time.

Excellent eating, the Ochse-Pata was so good we ordered one more in bed to eat

Nice food and atmosphere. My only objection is that the sauce was too spicy, even though nothing like that was said in the description of the meal. Both me and my boyfriend ordered different things, but they were both too spicy!

Lovely dinner in a pretty restaurant. A bit chaotic but that's OK... Rich flavours and big portions. A pity that they added water to my limoncello. That's a real shame especially when you charge €11 for a small glass.
