You guys messed up my order 4 times now different occasions. I gave you to many chances today I asked for a mint oreo blizzard andI first asked the lady at the window to add a little bit more mint because it didn't even look like they had any in there andshe refused then I took it and drove a way and realized that it wasn't even oreo at all my wife said it was heath and by thattime we were on the highway and I was not going to turn around. I'm done having my order messed up . I managed a DQ for 3years and my people I managed never messed up this many times and the job isn't that hard.
Yupp haven't been here in year half. Things haven't changed 45$ the blizzards are liquid not even out of parking lot. Couldn't figure out how to ring dilly bars added to the order. Blizzards not tipped upside down wouldn't of passed that test.
2-9-24 The food wasn't hot and my mom fell in the parking lot there was 3 employees and no manager they did nothing about it I feel that there should be at least 5 employees at all times including the manager or they need to shut this location down till they have more
Worst dq ever. We were the only ones in the drive thru and 1 car parked outside. Took 17 minutes to get someone to place order another 15 minutes to receive order. We won't be bqck.
I have visited this Dq recently. And things and really picked up there. The staff was pleasant, Very eager to please my needs my food was fresh and we received it in a reasonable amount of time For being short staffed I would say they do quite well
