Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThis morning I ordered my coffee and the new Avacado toast. I opened the toast when it was presented to me at the window. It was not made correctly. I sat at the window for 2 to 3 minutes waiting for someone to come back. When the young lady opened the window I attempted to hand her the box back she said I can 't take that. I opened the box and said this isn 't right. She closed the window and proceeded to talk to the other young ladies in the store. At this time a girlwith a blue shirt came to the window and said oh she made the toast Special I said I don 't want it special I want it right she said don 't get hateful with me . I said can you just make the toast right, she then AGAIN SAID Don 't gethateful with me. I said make it right I need to be at work on time. SHE SLAMS THE WINDOW SHUT AND EVENTUALLY THE TOAST APPEARED RIGHT. I am at DD every morning I expect what I order to be correct and when it isn 't, I expect it to be maderight with Respect. Maybe that is something the younger generation has forgotten. I wasn 't in the wrong the product wasn 't made right but I was the bad person .
Exceptional Service with a smile....even With a mask on. I wish they had more filling inside the donuts and more varieties of donuts. Their coffee was great, especially after going river rafting in the cold water. Brrr
Good workers, especially when you consider how difficult it is to get people to work in the fast food industry. They're doing their best and it is appreciated.
Got two machiatto and it was just creamer. Tasted like sugar water. Asked for espresso to be added to both. Only got one fixed, window shut in my face. I left the other on the drive thru window and she took it and threw it away. Bought two drinks, only got one poorly made one.
Imagine walking in with no customers insight, making eye contact with the kid on the headset then proceeding to stand there for a couple minutes with no acknowledgement whatsoever. Not a nod or anything, at one point even going to talk to another employee that also didn't acknowledge us. Avoid this Dunkin and go to the next 1.
