A&w - Oshkosh

I am very disappointed in this restaurant. I am a Type 1 Diabetic on an insulin pump of 40 years. This is the second restaurant I went to of A&W where they gave me a regular root beer float when I pacifically asked for a diet root beer float all she offered me was a refund on my root beer float said she was sorry she had somebody in training. They could kill me. I have been a diabetic over 40 years. I will be in a hospital today and this is unacceptable and ridiculous. I am about to sue them.

Everything was amazing the staff was amazing! The food was nice and warm and Kira a worker there has the best customer service and she made my experience at a and w amazing!

The employees are all are very friendly and get the orders out fast.

For a small place it was nice for what it was, food was quick and Team Members were nice and helpful. First time going here, that wasn't combined with Taco Bell or a gas station. Food wasn't badly priced either. Best part is you can buy a gallon of A&W.
