Amazing food! We had the fish and chips, the jumbalaya, the lobster cakes and the veggie spring rolls! Everything was Soo good !! Their desserts are absolutely decadent! Their cheesecakes are to die for ! We had the caramel and the cherry.. both were amazing.. also had the hazelnut crunch cake!! Highly recommend this place..
Great selection. I've tried various things here, from octopus, smoked salmon panini, alligator, and others. They have all been well presented and tasty.
A mixed experience. I have visited this 'local ' a number of times over the years. The food is mostly quite good there have been some misses but overall, a nice evening out food wise. Service has been pleasant as well. Desserts are fabulous!<br/ <br/ The biggest miss is the place itself. When walking up to the front door I was greeted with dirty plastic chairs, a broken section on the railing of the deck, cigarette butts, and dust and cobwebs around the door. Opened the door anyway, and was greeted with ... nobody ... but a desk filled to overflowing with paper, boxes of yet more paper on the floor around the desk. The whole decor is tired. It needs a good scrub, perhaps some fresh paint or paper, and please ... a good tidying! It makes one wonder what the kitchen looks like. It 's a beautiful building, there is so much potential.
Fun atmosphere, eclectic menu. Pub food with flair and larger dishes available. Been there three times for dinner and each time food was delicious, creatively prepared and nicely plated. Great service, great beer and cozy atmosphere. It's a definite go to place on a fall or cold winter night.
