Sto0 to have a drink before going home. was a relaxed atmosphere

Very rude waitress. She couldn?t hear my friend?s order and yet she still said she did , and brought her something completely different and when my friend told her this was not what she ordered, she was so aggressive telling her that she needs to speak up because she thought the order she brought her was what she asked for. I asked for a drink with no ice, she still brought me a drink with ice. It was definitely not a good experience

After waiting a few minutes to be seated, a young lady by the name of Heather came from the back and took us to a booth close by. She turned out to be our waitress too and we couldn't have been more pleased! We never had to ask for a thing! She was very attentive with a friendly personality which made us feel right at home! We started with the spinach dip and finished with a steak which was amazing as always! We will definitely be coming back again and again to see our new favorite server and enjoy more great food! Thanks Applebee's for making our date night the best one ever!

A couple times a month, I ask my neighbor to pick up a To Go order for me on her way home. I order the Oriental Chicken salad every time. I also order it when I dine in. Yet 80% of my To Go orders don't have much chicken at all, the chickens almost ALWAYS overcooked and never includes the breadsticks that accompany my dine in orders. Every time I order, it's a roll of the dice. I believe it's because most folks won't drive back. But it's time to go elsewhere.

I don't ever actually go in because I prefer to eat in bed, in my pajamas. That being said, it's almost like the employees at this Applebee's understand me. They're always quick and super courteous. By the way, I am eating the mozzarella stuffed ravioli and spinach and artichoke dip as I type this. Working during a time like this is absolutely stressful, but you'd never know it with these people. Keep it up guys!
