Big Bubba's Bad BBQ - Paso Robles

This place was once amazing. huge portions, decent prices and friendly server. they must have changed their own, because this place is completely different. it is no longer table service, they go to the counter to order. server are very cured. all our favorites on the menu were no longer there and the menu shrunk in the size. the proportions also swell in size, but the prices rose. I wish it was as it was before. as it says, there is nothing worth going back. the stars are for the French pommes, because that was the only good one at this place.

I don't like it. service was great, but not the time or the money worth. it is not recommended at all.

My man and I were on holiday and he wanted bbq. so we tried big bubba’s bbq. that was not all for the price. the ripened as if they were cooked. not bbq! the flesh did not fall from the bone as it should be when it was bbq. the sauce was simply poured onto it. how the cook no longer cared for his job. we sat at the bar and had an excellent service! what about eating? Five thumbs down! regarding the service at the bar, I give him four thumbs. I had to give him a star, but I wouldn't give him anything!

I give him two stars mostly for nostalgia. Previously it was great with good portions and a friendly staff. now it's nothing more than eating overpriced faires. my meal consisted of 4 ribs and a little salate. with plastic and serve them drinks in paper cups. when our food was ready, they cried simply, come and pick it up when my nephew asked for something salsa, said the author, we only have bbq sauce. for $78 I really expected more. unfortunately we will not come back.

This place is a must stop if you're a local or in the area. There used to be one in my home town and after it closed died l down, I try to stop here when I'm in the area.Stopped here with some friends for an early dinner and enjoyed some yummy BBQ!! The restaurant is clean and has cute country decor. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They have a quaint bar area with TVs and cold beer on tap. There are frozen drink machines, Tangy Tequila is a must try. Can't wait to go back!
