Red Duck - Phuket

This cozy restaurant offers delicious Thai cuisine, with a focus on vegetarian dishes. The food is exceptional and the owner personally takes care of customers, providing recommendations on what to order. We visited on June 18th and had a fantastic meal on our last night. A must-visit for those seeking a homely Thai dining experience.

We recently dined at this charming little restaurant in Kata with a group of 6. As we arrived, a few passersby also joined us, quickly filling up the cozy space. The Manager had to bring in more staff to accommodate the sudden influx of customers, but he was delighted to see business picking up again, especially post-covid. The menu mainly featured Thai cuisine, but also offered some western options. The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety to choose from. The friendly staff, including the Manager, provided excellent service and truly made our dining experience special. This restaurant is a hidden gem located at the southern end of Kata and is definitely worth seeking out. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Fabulous and authentic thai food. The owner is unfortunately shutting the place down due to lack of business. Kata looks like a ghost town still. Very sad, this was a gem in Kata!!

Host were very welcoming and the food and wine was really enjoyable. It's a short walk from Kata beach and is worth the leg stretch or drive, I visited twice during my stay in Kata as the food was that good!

Amazing food and great customer service. I has the best dishes in this lovely and cozy place. The owner was so warm and welcoming.
